At Charms of Hope, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
